Stretchy—Family Planning for All Couples
Stretchy is an educational platform for empowering couples in their family planning journey. Delivered through a purchasable online course stretchy uses menstrual cycle tracking through sympto-thermal methods and online modules to teach couples how to predict the 3 days of the month when they can actually become pregnant to make informed decisions about preventing or encouraging pregnancy.
We are looking for volunteers to pilot test our course for free. Please fill out our form at the bottom of this page to be considered.
Why Stretchy?

We are conducting a study on interviewing North Americans about birth control and here are some of the things we are learning:
“When I got off the pill, I could finally feel my body, and I never wanted to get back on the pill.”
“I would never have been on the pill if I had known there was an alternative.”

Who is Stretchy for?
Stretchy is for couples who are looking for natural methods without side effects to prevent or encourage pregnancy.

You may already know sympto-thermal methods (STM).
Sympto-thermal methods is also known as:
-
Billings Method
-
Fertility Awareness Based Methods
-
Natural Family Planning Methods
But, STM ≠ Rhythm!!
How does STM work?
1. Cervical Mucus
2. Basal Body Temperature
3. Cervical Feel
Cervical mucus, basal body temperature, and cervical feel are all high fidelity indicators of fertility.
Stretchy advocates for a collaboration between partners. The individual can measure cervical mucus while the partner can take the basal body temperature and cervical feel.
